We were hosting an event at my home on an over the weekend and right in the middle of it we realize our main line backed up which caused both our restrooms to become out of order. HPS came through, we had our main line to the whole house backed up in the middle of a party. HPS was out within 30 mins and had the problem solved quickly. Definitely would recommend and use them again. Thanks HPS and Daniel our technician.
Joel came to replace the wax seal on my toilet as it was leaking. He was very communicative about his estimated time of arrival and was very respectful of my space once in my home. He even closed the bathroom door while he worked to minimize noise while I worked.
HPS is THE BEST! From the initial meeting to discuss the work I wanted done to them coming and doing the installation, IMPECCABLE! They was very helpful, answered all of my questions. Was very informative. Very clean and quiet! The completed installation, I am very very happy! One thing they did do for me to install my bidet on the new toilet.
From initial contact, to scheduling, to job complete 5 stars! Incredible customer service and incredible job. We had a pin hole leak in the kitchen ceiling which was stressful and they came out right away to fix and repair and took care of some other soon-to-be problem areas. Great job!
