Bought a cold air intake and silicone coolant kit for my truck. First impression, red CAI was really attractive, good packaging, fast shipping and no errors on my order. Install was smooth. Seems high quality even down to the clamps/bolts. Perfect fit on my truck, MAF fit exact and I like how some of the hoses came pre made instead of 3-4 separate ones. I bought a cold air intake for my 2024 MDX Type S from this company, and after just a year and a half, it's already rusting. I expected better quality for the price I paid. I will never purchase anything from this company again
Customer service was exceptional and knowledgeable...they had all the specialty parts I needed and will need for future upgrades...
BEWARE, they don't mention on E-Commerce page that they are closed, Your overnight orders will sit untill they are done with time off, Which I have no problem with the time off, BUT mark your page accordingly so someone like me doesn't order parts, Pay for these with expedited delivery and expect parts to arrive the next day, before the reseller/MFG even accepts the order.... Just plain careless or lazy on HPS Performance...you lost a customer by not caring enough to do what is right
