The manager for our community is useless and doesn't keep out financials up to date. It's like they want our money and don't do anything.
Our Association hired HPS less than two years ago. Our manager, Hector Justiniani, has proven to be invaluable to our community. He has spent countless hours straightening out our financial status, secured numerous cost-effective vendors, and helped us with our first-ever Reserve Study to put us on good footing for our community’s future.
