Literally having same issue as other guy with dura coat warranty. Went through process with dura coat now waiting to see if HPM will make it right. Bubbling peeling on kelley green panels and now corrosion setting in. 3-4 years in. Dura coat rep was useless, copy and pasting stuff and not reading my situation. Installed post 2018, cleaned regularly, not even near salt spray. Crazy the defect on this coating.
Their Dura Coat roofing product had a production defect and began to peel on one of my newer structures, and though their product is supposedly under warrantee my claim was denied even though a 3year older roof given identical treatment, and under the same conditions has no issues. The Dura coat representative they sent to inspect my roof was completely unprofessional, and failed to show up for the initial appointment making me late for meeting with family who was only visiting for a very short period of time, and then he de... read more
