The doctors and triage nurse were so kind to my son and were able to get him fixed up from a deep cut on his chin in minutes from arrival.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) I came to Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital Emergency Room around 1:00 PM with painful symptoms needing urgent care. It’s now after 4:00 PM, and I’m still in the waiting area — no triage, no assessment, no communication whatsoever. To make matters worse, none of the staff I interacted with spoke English — in a public hospital in Canada, a country that is officially bilingual. I was already feeling sick and scared.
