In and out of the ER with a prescription in hand in 22min. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Was seen quickly and efficiently
The lady who answers the phone at the central booking (community-wide scheduling) is quite rude, which is unfortunate, because everyone else in the hospital that I've encountered are lovely and helpful. It wasn't even a one-time thing, which I can overlook. All three phone calls there this year, she sounded so condescending. Dunno why 🤷♀️. I've always been polite and easygoing. It would be great if she improved her tone, and perhaps act like she likes her job.
If you want the rudest your stuff possible this is the place
This hospital is wonderful! The medical care is top-notch, but what truly stands out is how amazing and helpful the staff are. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and cared for. Thank you for making my experience such a positive one.
Worst service ever !!! I called for information only and they started being rude and agressive and they hung up before i was done asking information !!! That is clearly the worst place to go the people are agressif and treat people like garbage
