Unacceptable customer service. The only way to get support is to write an email. I waited a week for a response. This is very inconvenient going back and forth. Bought a brand new rc car and received it and it their was a defective part and first was told they would send me a new part. Then 2 weeks later I get an email telling me that due to administrative issues they can no longer warranty any claims. I thought it was a joke. So they sold a non working item and I had the bad luck and bought that one so I now have to pay ... read more
