The best approach to health!! Do yourself a favor and throw all of the “diets” out the window..I have tried them all, still felt yucky, was so confused about what my body needed, exercising all of the time, seeing no results and the list goes on. I am now aware of what my body needs-and what doesn’t work for me. I feel better and finally seeing results! I have learned so much in just one short month. It was really great working with Tyler and would highly recommend HPHI!!

When I contacted Tyler I had a goal in mind regarding my own weight loss. My mindset was ready for change, but I just couldn’t get started. He took my goal and made it happen.
