Customer service is horrible! The black guy is very sweet and helps you right away but the other guy is very rude and snotty !

I needed a tire shop to mount tires I bought online on some aftermarket wheels I was going to fit to my car. Most places don't want to work with "customer supplied parts" and refused the work. H & Pack got me in and out in 20 minutes for a fair rate. Would recommend.
