In retrospect, The structure works though. It’s the perfect platform for people who choose remote therapy. I do not benefit from remote.

Support groups should be in person.it is a perfect platform you’re in college Remote. For me I’m an old lady that felt out of place. ,the Thursday morning guy was too goofy for my age. Groups are too big virtually. It’s very hard to keep track of everybody. Plus, when my peers are the same age as my kid,I become a mom not a parent

Each and every member of the HPA/LiveWell team gave their absolute best each day. This practice is top-notch at what they do. I have learned so much about myself, my thought patterns, developing self compassion, my particular eating disorder, and how to lead a life worth living. Thank you HPA/LiveWell from the bottom of my heart.

I feel like its clear I was at a low point, and to be cancelled on twice in a row is not helping lol! I had given this place a lot of tries over the years, but interventions are surface level and conversations feel heedless. I fear I've wasted ... read more
