KEEP AWAY!!! I placed my order a 4 weeks ago and I am still waiting. Be careful when you order there is no rush to get your product to you AT ALL!!! Also, the customer service reps are no help. They will just have you sitting on the chat and then finally reply with one-word responses. According to the web, there is a factory in my city, but for some reason, I am still waiting. I would never refer this company to anyone!!

HP computers are mess. As a constant reviewer, who believes in reading reviews before buying something online, I should have listened to other people when they mentioned that the computer was not worth it. I bought a new and very good HP Laptop two months ago. The laptop space is enough as it has 1tb and I am only using it for school.
