Please do not use HP instant ink service or even attempt the trail period it is a waste of time. The customer service is horrible they will send you ink to try during your trial period while your using what comes with the printers. If your like me and dont go through ink fast they wont let you use what they send you so its a was5e of ink basically. KEEP AWAY!!! I placed my order a 4 weeks ago and I am still waiting. Be careful when you order there is no rush to get your product to you AT ALL!!! Also, the customer service reps are no help. They will just have you sitting on the chat and then finally reply with one-word responses. According to the web, there is a factory in my city, but for some reason, I am still waiting. I would never refer this company to anyone!!
