HP Roofing was quick and covered every possible thing. I was living in Minneapolis while trying to sell my house in Hanover, NH when a windstorm caused a tree to puncture my roof. Naturally, I needed it repaired right away because we were closing on a sale within a month. Jeff Aker worked closely with me by email and phone to complete the job and to negotiate with my homeowners insurance company. He was honest and trustworthy. You can't go wrong.
I called them in November 2008 to fix a leaky chimney. After spending $15,785 for a new roof with $2375 of that for specific chimney repairs, three years and three attempted fixes to the chimney later, my chimney still leaks. They have stopped answering calls, letters, and emails, but even if they showed up today they have proven they don't have the skill to properly flash a chimney and I would send them away.
