As a self employed individual I had a tough time getting approved for a loan but I have just recently closed on my new home after I found Kevin. Kevin and Morgan are a great team. Excellent and responsive service and also honest and reliable. Kevin promised he would get me a specific rate from the start because my initial loan documents showed a higher rate but he delivered on his promise. I highly recommend HP mortgage.

If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable lender, my opinion is you should look elsewhere. Kevin did a loan for us that was definitely tough. Kevin told me to trust him, that he does this stuff all the time and that he knows all the lending guidelines better than anyone. As it turns out, that's not true. Nothing was what he told us it would be, from the down payment to cash due at closing, nothing! 5 stars isn’t even enough. Kevin is beyond great, he is responsive and experienced at getting you to the closing table. Would definitely recommend using him.
