If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable lender, my opinion is you should look elsewhere. Kevin did a loan for us that was definitely tough. Kevin told me to trust him, that he does this stuff all the time and that he knows all the lending guidelines better than anyone. As it turns out, that's not true. Kevin and his team were amazing. After being rejected through the regular financing process “with my tax returns” a few years back, I thought there was no way to get a mortgage being a business owner. Never in a million years did my family ever think we could own a home. But thanks to one phone call to Kevin he has made all our dreams come true.
