If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable lender, my opinion is you should look elsewhere. Kevin did a loan for us that was definitely tough. Kevin told me to trust him, that he does this stuff all the time and that he knows all the lending guidelines better than anyone. As it turns out, that's not true. Nothing was what he told us it would be, from the down payment to cash due at closing, nothing! Kevin and his team were amazing. After being rejected through the regular financing process “with my tax returns” a few years back, I thought there was no way to get a mortgage being a business owner.
