Been a customer for years. Picked up two more trailers today had a slight issue. The service manager Brock put someone right on it ASAP.
Charged 2 hours to patch a hole on a trailer, they openly tell you that they charge you because they made a hole to get you in to patch the trailer ... ridicules ! Avoid! Better find another place that charges decent rates for patches.
H&P demonstrated excellence in correcting matters of our concerns. Their was no questions only actions.
