My experience while driving on Interstate 10 in Pensacola, Florida alongside one of their drivers was dangerous. The driver switched lanes 3 times within 45 seconds during bad weather. He cut drivers off each time, and he caused vehicles to slam on their brakes, nearly causing a pile-up. He put his window down to flip me off and then proceeded to try and run me off the road. This all happened at 12:20 P.M. On May 7, 2026. He was a man of color and probably a foreigner who shouldn't even be licensed to drive.
Been a customer for years. Picked up two more trailers today had a slight issue. The service manager Brock put someone right on it ASAP.
Charged 2 hours to patch a hole on a trailer, they openly tell you that they charge you because they made a hole to get you in to patch the trailer ... ridicules ! Avoid! Better find another place that charges decent rates for patches.
H&P demonstrated excellence in correcting matters of our concerns. Their was no questions only actions.
