Horrible experience! We ordered an engagement ring back in March 2026 and still haven’t received it, now August 2026. Our wedding was in June so we didn’t have the ring for our wedding. Nobody has any answers anytime we call. The owner is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. We gave them multiple chances to right their wrong and they continue to make excuses and still don’t have the ring we ordered.
