Poor workmanship ship, half assed. Said they couldn't find a leak and filled the unit back up and now they want paid a second time to do the job again. I wish I got paid twice to do my one job. Turns out they don't warranty there workmanship. Not happy with Tristan and Preston as they didn't even spend the time to find the leak.
I had H&P come out to service some mini split air conditioning units in my home that were leaking water. I thought it was just a blocked condensation drip line. The technicians did cleaned the lines out. However, water was still leaking out of two of the units even after clearing out the condensation drip lines. Late in the day our air conditioning were blowing hot air. We called different companies, but none were interested in coming to help us. We found H&P. We called, they were out the next day. Tristan came out and told us we our coils were in bad shape. This was on a Friday. We thought we were without air the whole weekend. Tristan said he could put enough Freon in our unit to keep us cool for the weekend, would be back out Monday to fix the unit. Tristia was there early Monday, fixed our air conditioner. Technicians came out to look at my system. Very professional, did a great job explaining the what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. Went above and beyond in the service they provided. Great pricing also. Enjoyed the conversations with them also, wonderful customer service! Thank you!
