PLEASE DO NOT RENT I STAYED IN 2023 THEY CHARGED ON MY MOM CREDIT 6 MONTHS AFTER AND SENT TO COLLECTIONS AFTER WE MOVE, NEVER SENT MAIL OR ANYTHING NOTIFY OR CALL ABOUT BILL I ASKED HER ABOUT THE LADY AT THE OFFICE ABOUT THIS AND SHE LIED AND SAID THEY FORWARD THE MAIL. I TOLD HER WE NEVER GOT A CALL, EMAIL OR MAIL ALL SHE COULD DO IS SAY MHMM LIKE SHE DIDNT CARE. 10/10 would not recommend! Stayed in a townhouse in McKnight Falls for 2 years. Brand new build and I was the first resident. They’re cheaply built. Building settled and none of the doors would close all the way. Cabinet doors weren’t on track and had scratches. The stairs and second level floors would buckle. Stained floors on the first floor were already cracking and unfinished in certain areas showing the ground floor. When it stormed outside the kitchen would flood.
