Took my mother here, make sure to visit on a Wednesday so that you are received and greeted by Alex. My mother's bridge for her dentures broke. Alex was thorough about solutions for treatment plus replacement bridge and dentures. He even helped my mother fill out patient forms. Would have given an extra star since office can only start treatment after the Holidays (not their fault).
Excellent service. Would highly recommend this office.
It's always closed when I call, and no one responds to my voicemails. I've already paid in full for their services, and I feel like I've been scammed.
The service here is horrible, you walk in, no one greats you or even looks up, the staff has thee worst attitudes I’ve ever seen in customer service, like they don’t want to be there? My Doctor is great but the front desk staff kills it for me, I just recently moved to LA and it is a hassle getting out to this location, my schedule is so busy and they will reschedule on you the day of.. if their next available date doesn’t work for you, YOU will have to reach out and check their availability, which is crazy when I’m not the ... read more
