Today was my first and LAST TIME HERE! They are RUDE, and very inconsiderate! I sat here for 40 minutes waiting for someone to do a full set. Everyone was busy. Another worker came in, and was going to help. Apparently she had someone call in for an appointment. So I sat in her chair, only to have to get right back up. They moved me to another chair, and 10 minutes later he realized they put me in his chair! I'll NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! I hate terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE!! 🤬

I have been coming to this nail shop for about 17 years. When Kim was the owner, I absolutely loved coming here. However, since Kim moved and sold the shop to the new owners, my experience has unfortunately changed. The atmosphere no longer feels welcoming. On my visits, I’m rarely greeted when I walk through the door, never offered anything to drink, and the customer service has noticeably declined. No need to book an appointment. You will wait 20 minutes passed your requested time. Every person for nails seems to be booked (I asked if someone playing on their tablet could do my nails I was told he had another appointment who wasn’t in the chair the entire 25 minutes I waited) you guys really ruined my day thanks
