Super helpful
Asked the guy at the counter for help finding a pan head machine screw. He remarked that I might as well be speaking German and I should not expect him to know anything about screws just because he works there. I was kind of stunned. I left because it was clear that this guy didn't want to help me. I'll do my best not to come back to bother you folks again.
