Transmission control module replaced. Check engine light still on. Did not tell me. I went back in since I noticed this. Ford said vehicle was not brought in for that. I knew TCM had to be replaced based on that light and messaging. Real poor and not customer service.

I will start with this dealership does not honor their advertised prices on pre-owned cars, they advertise a price that is only available if you finance with them at an uncompetitive rate. They will claim it’s in the disclosure on their website which is of course buried and not easy to fine.
