I've been a patient of Dr. Jason Hoyner's for years, after switching from a different practice in town that felt more like an assembly line. Dr Hoyner is personable, professional, and skilled. He's also honest; he'll yell you about options (mouth guards, cosmetic options, etc) but isn't a pushy salesman. His office staff are super pleasant and great with scheduling and reminders. I have Delta Dental insurance and have never had any issues in that regard. I'll be a patient of Dr. Hoyner's until he retires!
Do not go to this dentist!!!! My 85 year old grandpa had an appointment and they called him the night before to change the appointment. My grandpa went in the next morning for his appointment, now my grandpa is 85 so he may or may not have got the time wrong or misunderstood over the phone. Does not matter, the way the dentist and receptionist talked and yelled at a sweet old man is unacceptable and disgusting. I have been going to Hoyner Family Denistry since Dr Hoyner took over the practice from Doctor Peter's. Dr. Hoyner is skilled, I have had crowns and restorations. He gives preventative medical advice that works. His staff are professional, exceptional, and a pleasure to be with. What I like most is the caring, friendly atmosphere where they all get along and I feel valued. I wish I could give more stars! Thank you!!
