I have been going to Hoyner Family Denistry since Dr Hoyner took over the practice from Doctor Peter's. Dr. Hoyner is skilled, I have had crowns and restorations. He gives preventative medical advice that works. His staff are professional, exceptional, and a pleasure to be with. What I like most is the caring, friendly atmosphere where they all get along and I feel valued. I wish I could give more stars! Thank you!!
I was sold a cheap retainer that they made in house that did not last. It tore in half from light use. They were also supposed to give me the mold that they made of my teeth but didn’t- instead it was thrown away. I should not have trusted them bc the same or better retainer could have been done and purchased online for less with replacements. Don’t be fooled by the free smiles they are offering- nothing is free
At first, I liked this dentistry. They told me I could make payments for what my insurance did not cover. One molar crown that was needed to be redone, I had pain in that tooth and I communicated that and they said I just needed a new crown. We'll, turns out I have an INFECTION under the molar and just had to have it extracted because it could not be retreated. They made me pay for a new crown when I had an infection. Unbelievable.
