At first, I liked this dentistry. They told me I could make payments for what my insurance did not cover. One molar crown that was needed to be redone, I had pain in that tooth and I communicated that and they said I just needed a new crown. We'll, turns out I have an INFECTION under the molar and just had to have it extracted because it could not be retreated. They made me pay for a new crown when I had an infection. Unbelievable. When I needed a general dentist a local specialist sent me to thia office. They were very friendly and awesome, I definitely recommend.
I called 7 minutes before appointment time to say that I had arrived. The dental hygienist was ready to do the temperature check and screening in the lobby 20 minutes later. My cleaning and checkup took 45 minutes. Excellent care! I felt very comfortable.
