Dr. Hoyle and staff are all pleasant professionals. Wait time is short or nonexistent. Dr. Hoyle is personable and doesn’t mind questions. He has a wonderful way of breaking information down or explaining what’s needed. Very efficient practice!

Dennis and Helen Hackler had appointments on August 4 to have teeth cleaned with x-rays. We are retired and on Medicare and Aetna. We have requested an invoice numerous times without success. We need the invoices to get reimbursement and we have left numerous messages with Diane. We have also called on Diane’s personal cell phone and she told me she would mail the invoices to me and we have still not received it and it is now October 5, 2020.
