If I could rate them at ZERO stars I would !!! NOT RECOMMENDED!! Do not use them at any cost. They are horrible, unprofessional and unreliable! We hired them to remove 4 large pine trees and clean up. They showed up on 11/11/24 with a dumpster to hold the debris, took down 1 tree, filled dumpster with some branches and left huge logs on our property. They promised they would be back the next day at 9:30am. They showed up at 11:30am with the excuse that one of their guys had trouble with his motorcycle, then they had to leave... read more
Were quoted for a job… They requested half up front, which was odd as they don’t have to purchase any material for the tree cutting job. Paid as I recognize the name as a friend of many other friends. Agreement was to cut to property line; however, the didn’t even get 1/4 of the job done before I get a text saying they finished half the job. I replied and the conversation went silent. 2 months ago we paid IN FULL to have a rotting tree cut down between ours and our neighbors yard. They cut down 3 limbs and never came back, have been dodging my husband's messages and have not refunded our money since they did not complete the job, we had to pay our neighbor back their half of the payment since it wasn't finished. DON'T recommend. Unprofessional and unreliable.
