The people in there are nice. The place is clean but it's a little bit too much like if McDonald's was trying to be a Chinese restaurant for me. The food is okay and if I was on a road trip I would eat it again if it was this or like a Burger King or something but it's not a destination for me
Tried this place for the first time. Ordered beef w/ broccoli & fried rice. Was delicious! Beef was tender, tasty & fresh. Sauce was very good as was broccoli & rice. Unlike many of the local Chinese places, Hoya's food is fresh & not stale old. The lady who took my order was very friendly and explained to me other food combos & options that are available.
Food is a little better than Panda, so if you like panda you will love it. Staff is super friendly and kind. And the establishment is large, open, and clean.
