I am here to write about my dissatisfied purchase of a new 2022 Volkswagen Atlas. Since taking ownership, the vehicle has consistently produced a loud and disruptive noise from the braking system, which has made for an exceptionally unpleasant driving experience. After filing a formal claim regarding this issue, I was informed by your representatives that this noise is considered a "normal" characteristic of the 2022 and 2023 Atlas models due to the specific materials used in the brake pads.
