Our last interaction with Hoy VW was awful. They started communicating thru text only, sending videos, with no context and no way to contact them to understand what they want us to do next. Last service was completed after they found thousands of dollars in work to be done, that was not there 3 months prior. If you see a promotion don't fall for it they only use it to get you to come in, then they try to rip you off. They dont honor what they publish, and they simply ignore your complains. After submitting a complain with BBB they simply changed the terms on their website. We bought numerous vehicles from them in the past but now we will have to take our business to another dealership.

I reviewed before on the fact that that my wife’s VW a 2019 is too old to make oil change appointments, and nothing changed and now I called for a estimate for getting New Front Brakes on my Touareg and they could tell me in the service the cost of labor but not part and the parts department had no clue on labor. This is so incredibly unprofessional.
