I must write this review to counter my poor review posted previously. As a result of my dissatisfaction, I was contacted by my sales rep. Victor Rocha to meet with his boss, Oscar as well as Drew Hoy. I was offered a much more generous trade in allowance and ,as a result, purchased a new Tiguan. The people at Hoy VW tried very hard to make me a satisfied customer. They accomplished their goal!
