Everyone was very friendly, accommodating, and stayed close during entire time. Nice not to be simply "stuck and left". Comforting to know if something would happen they're right there.
The staff was very friendly and professional. I got checked in quickly with the help of the QuickPass I filled out at home. Abigail did a great job drawing the blood. No discomfort at all. Keep up the good work. I will be back soon when I am eligible.
My sister & I had a very bad experience at this location. My sister was turned away for her pulse being too high and the woman taking her vitals was extremely unprofessional & rude. She was unwilling to call the doctor to get her approved, which is easy & able to be done, and then raised her voice at my sister. She also then spoke about her to the front desk worker and violated HIPPA laws by sharing my sisters vitals. Completely rude & unprofessional.
