I had a bad experience at the ******** ************ in West Chester. I had a reaction after donating blood and ended up falling out of a chair and hitting my head. I understand it is possible for things like this to happen after donating. The harassing phone calls should be illegal. They take advantage of being a non profit and harass people with phone calls because they do not have legal repercussions. It turns people off from blood donation too. I have told them multiple times I have moved out of state and they keep calling me anyway. I dont even know if sending a cease and desist will matter or if I could take legal action at all. You also cant change your number on your account online.
