Don’t have very good customer service. Tried for a week to buy a vehicle from them and they said there system was down and they’d let me know when it was back up so I could purchase the vehicle. Didn’t receive a phone call or text and they end up selling out from under me. Pretty crappy customer service if you ask me! Wouldn’t recommend. They don’t keep there word.
I recently purchased my second vehicle from Howorth Auto and it was a very no stress great experience. A couple of days after purchase the air conditioning went out.I took it back to Howorth and they had it fixed the next day.I don't think I will go to any other car lot for another car as I was treated with respect.Amy is a gem to deal with!
Such a great carlot and staff. Have had only good experiences with them over the last couple years. I highly recommend Howorth Auto for any of your vehicle needs.
Good hometown folks
