Amazing Service and nice employees
I have been out of biking for many years, and decided to purchase a bike to get back into it. A friend of mine that rides a lot recommended Howler, stating that they are expert, professional and will give me the guidance I need. I went there and was not disappointed. Great experience and I will be back! I came in with a budget hard tail build needing a little help after being treated terrible by other bike shops in the area for not being on a top end bike and these guys were fantastic and kind! They were quick to offer the service and tuning my bike needed, leaving it performing better than it has ever performed. Jonathan and Max are so easy to work with. Custom bike builds, reasonable prices (especially with Howler bike park season pass), fast turn around times, and I have a feeling they will go to bat for you if something goes wrong with the bike from the manufacturer. It was a pleasure doing business 🫡
