Awesome park! The trails are a work of art! The staff/owner are so friendly and helpful. The truck ride up the hill is way more enjoyable than a chair lift. Thanks for the great riding!
Took my bike here today after having problems with the chain slipping and needing oiled. Johnathon got me right in, fixed the chain, oiled it, and the bike is riding better than it did when I first got it. The service was great and this is a very friendly, community centered atmosphere. He even gave me advice about how to care for my bike this winter and keep it safe in Springfield. Thank you Johnathon and Howler Bike Co!
Ive reached a few times now prior to purchase in inquire about shipping. Whomever answers via email typically "hurry up and order and i will ship today". After I place orders I confirm with them and I always get a return email "not sure if it went out sorry". Partial my bad for listening to them but very poor customer service when this is the answer they give everytime. No follow up no update no shipping. Ill go back to Jenson
