I purchased a Nobby Nic from them. Even with shipping it was the best price I could find. They had prompt processing and the tire arrived early. Great experience. They just need to throw a sticker in the box to be 5.5 stars. Plus, I now want to visit in person the next time I’m that way.
Everyone was so kind. My family went for our son who loves biking. They were so knowledgeable and kind from the instant we arrived. Entire staff. From top to bottom. duce drivers to the bike repair shop. Food was 10/10. Owners were very accommodating. While I only did the stroller coaster due to experience my son rode several other trails. And raved about them. If you were hesitant. Don't be.
Awesome park! The trails are a work of art! The staff/owner are so friendly and helpful. The truck ride up the hill is way more enjoyable than a chair lift. Thanks for the great riding!
Took my bike here today after having problems with the chain slipping and needing oiled. Johnathon got me right in, fixed the chain, oiled it, and the bike is riding better than it did when I first got it. The service was great and this is a very friendly, community centered atmosphere. He even gave me advice about how to care for my bike this winter and keep it safe in Springfield. Thank you Johnathon and Howler Bike Co!
