Best place around to rent equipment if you need heavy equipment the staff there are friendly. Especially the nice lady working at the front counter.

Sometimes you just forget. So nice to walk in and be greeted like someone actually cares that you're there. Sure I can walk the asiles and find what I need but, time is valuable. Younger gentleman took me straight to just what I needed. In and out in no time. Before you know it project is done. Thanks for the excellent customer service.
I grew up in the area where Howlands is located and they've never failed to provide the service and materials for all projects .
we went in to grab some stuff for a weekend project and honestly i was kinda disappointed. the parking lot was a mess and half full of pallets you had to walk around. we walked around for like ten minutes trying to find some basic fittings and no one came to help. a guy at the register was just on his phone for ages while we waited. the prices also seemed a bit higher than what we usually pay at other places nearby. i dont think ill rush back, just felt like they didnt really care about customers. pretty forgettable experien... read more
