I brought my previous dog Rudi to Dr Owen and always received wonderful care up to the ripe old age of 15. We now have Trudi who is 6 years old and she is has been coming here since she was a puppy and she has some health issues and I would not take her anywhere else.
I brought my 2 year old Boxer mix to the vet three times since he was a pup and did not enjoy any of the visits. My dog is full of energy and loves attention. No one at the from desk could even take a second to look at him or pet him. Once in the room, the two nurses immediately wanted to take blood and give him his shots. They never took the time to make up to him. This naturally made him a nervous wreck. It took myself, 2 nurses and the vet to complete the shots. Never had issues for years, and loved this vet, until a week ago. Our kitten got severely sick out of no where (on a Thursday) and they refused to see us until that next Tuesday. The kitten would have never made it that long and no ethical vet would allow a sick animal go that long without being seen. We called All Creatures in Champion and they got us in within the hour eventhough we have never been there begore. Very disappointed
The staff is so loving and caring to the animals. Great care
Everytime weve brought my Lil Angel (Zoey) here they have taken really good care of her. but yesterday was the worse day in my life when i had to put her down after 16 years of having her. She was a fighter the girls here loved her. She probably bit 1 or 2 of them but they still loved seeing her come in. I dont wanna give a bad review becuz they did everything in thier power to give Zoey a healthy life and I thank them greatly. I love you all and I am very thankful to have gotten to know you all.
