I can see exactly why this company has a 5 star rating!!!!! James is an incredible person, kind and knowledgeable. He had our problem with the clogged pipes, fixed within less than an hour. This company obviously cares about repeat business because they're easy on their customers pocket books ;)) And, being a woman myself, it was rather refreshing to see a female apprentice along side of James, who was easy to talk to and excited about her position and further career. I highly recommend Howl Plumbing and Drainage. They helped me with everything from a clogged kitchen sink to an extensive sewage drain excavation. Their knowledge of trade, professionalism, customer service and rates will not disappoint.

Wow. What to say about James and his team! We have used James for years in many of our scans at work. He's been efficient, on time, and extremely knowledgable. He runs a tight ship with his team and makes sure everything is proper and done right. James is a very personable person who cares about his customers and doing the RIGHT job from the start. I'd highly recommend James on any plumbing issue. Such a great guy leading a great company.

Superb service!!! I was very impressed with how fast and friendly he was. Was easy to get a hold of, no hassles, fixed issue, didn’t leave a mess! Very happy with his work, and at an excellent rate!
