I can see exactly why this company has a 5 star rating!!!!! James is an incredible person, kind and knowledgeable. He had our problem with the clogged pipes, fixed within less than an hour. This company obviously cares about repeat business because they're easy on their customers pocket books ;)) And, being a woman myself, it was rather refreshing to see a female apprentice along side of James, who was easy to talk to and excited about her position and further career.
