We just picked up my pup Annie and she had a great time! She is happy and exhausted- thank you so much for taking such good care of her! Totally guilt free boarding, small business with lovely owners.
We were trying to find a kennel last minute over Thanksgiving and Patrick was able to help us out. We were concerned that our dog would have an issue with the open play because she is not very social with other dogs but Patrick was able to handle her attitude and let her run and play instead of her being stuck in a cage all weekend.
So happy we found this place- they fit us in last minute and my dog actually looked like she had a good time! She did not cry and when we picked her up she passed out immediately from exhaustion!
Tifa is a horse barn dog, so it's great there's a place that I can leave her with similar amount of outdoor time!
Highly recommend Patrick! When I showed up unexpectedly to pick up my 1 year old German Shorthaired Pointer, Patrick was out in the yard playing with all of the dogs, just like he said he would. No signs of stress from my dog either. Patrick is a trustworthy guy - this will be my go-to spot! Other kennels or "pet resorts" are a joke compared to this. "Howl of a Good Time" is exactly where a dog needs to be while their owners are away - playing outside, not pent up in a cage.
My dog, Milo, just loves it there. He is always happy to be there with his pack away from home. I am very grateful for Howl of a Good Time.
Tank has been going to "howl of a good time" for about two years. I have never been more comfortable leaving my dog here compared to anywhere else. I have found all other dog boarders to have very little space where dogs are left in their confined space through out the day. Howl of a good time is a play land for dogs.
