Best shop I've been to so far, hands down. Super clean with a great atmosphere. Every single employee at Howl was polite, friendly and wanted to provide the best service; which is an attitude I've never experienced from other tattoo shops. Matt did my Hogwarts castle tattoo and I was beyond thrilled with the result. I'll be going back again for new work and cover ups of old work.
HOWL is packed and stacked with all manner of cool stuff and cooler, ridiculously talented people. Love this place!
Went there last week with my wife,we both got a tattoo,a very enjoyable experience.Was so good took a female friend there today with no reservation,they told us to go eat and come back in 1 hr,We returned in hour,and then waited another 2 and a half hours at which time we left,very unprofessional service,communucation wasn't there ,and we will never go back there again.We definately give them a very poor rating and a thumbs down
It was bad customer service from start to the "not" finish because I walked out after waiting for 3.5 hrs.
Love my new piece. Andy did an incredible job!! Can't wait to go back for more.
