In the past I would have said "5 stars!" But not yesterday! I was scheduled for 11:00 a.m. When I arrived, there were 50 people in the waiting room. The air was nauseatingly stuffy because of inadequate air conditioning. The only time we had a blast of cool air was when the swinging door opened to let patients in.
