The tech arrived at our house then called to tell us he was on the way (we saw and heard him make the call on the ring camera) you can clearly hear the Mrs tell him she would be there in 10 minutes (this 10 min. notification was prearranged with your office)He waited exactly 10 minutes then left without telling anyone. When I heard this I called him and your office. I Was told "poison ivy near the unit" Pam was perfectly capable of pulling the plants back from the unit.
