Had a long standing issue with HVAC and company I normally rely on was unresponsive. A friend recommended Howington---to my amazement they came out the next day and fixed the issue. Techs were very knowledgeable and thorough. Now you know who to call! Update July 2025: had issue with compressor going out on a unit not installed by Howington. They graciously handled the claim with the manufacturer, installed the replacement compressor and fixed a drainage issue to correct something done poorly in the original installation. GR... read more
Very happy with the work of Jacob Howington. He was able to identify the problem and repair the equipment immediately. He also cleaned and serviced the system which made a big difference in the system output. Hats off to Jacob!!!
Shane, Alexis and the rest of the team always get the job done! They will try to find a way to save you money, but never skimp on quality products or services. They have helped us with dozens of properties over the years, and have never disappointed. When a tenant has an issue with their system, more often than not, they will have a technician out within 24 hours.
