Howie’s was easily one of the worst bar experiences I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was miserable, the service was terrible, and the overall experience felt like nobody there actually wanted customers. The staff were rude, inattentive, and acted like serving people was an inconvenience. The drinks weren’t anything special, the prices definitely weren’t worth what you get, and the entire place just had a negative vibe.
