I was going to get a new shower installed and hit a snag with a pipe that had to be removed. I called Crofton and they came right out and told me that the pipe was the drain for the water heater. Upon checking the water heater it was discovered that it was leaking. Tonya was most helpful in working with me to get my home warranty company to reimburse me for part of the cost. I am a property manager. Croftons is my number one vendor to use. The are poliet, understanding, efficiant and professional. They always leave the area cleaner and better than the way they found it. We recently had to cut tile in a tenants home to get to a pipe and I was amazed at the craftmanship and pride they took into cutting out the tile and the clean up. Thank you so much Croftons.

Dewey installed a reverse osmosis system and hooked it to the refrigerator. He also came back to check on the hot water faucet. Very knowledgable, professional and helpful. The appointment staff, Tonya and Rochelle, were friendly and accomodating.

Crofton Plumbing is amazing! They came to my home at 1:00 in the morning to shut off water from a broken pipe! Came back the next morning repaired everything and did the best job ever. you can't even tell that anybody dug a hole to China! LOL thank you so very much for your service, for your professionalism, and for caring. This is my third experience with them, and I would not call anyone else.
