Devin and Dewy were fantastic! They were professional from beginning to end. They explained things clearly, had parts to repair same day, cleaned up after themselves and were just kind people. Pricing was very reasonable for 3 same day repairs. Highly recommend!
We had excellent service with Croftons. The service guy, John, was professional, friendly, considerate, and was willing to share knowledge with us without making us feel stupid. He was willing to converse while working on the task at hand. We called in the evening and they were here early the next morning. As far as cost, I have no idea what anyone else charges so I can't comment. Bottom line is the issue was solved quickly.
Reconnected dishwasher hose unhooked in error when garbage disposal removed. I have used this company since they re-plumbed my home in 2002. Always great service.
Prompt, efficient, polite, knowledgeable. Answered every question I had as we walked around even though minor issues. I would never call another company. They live up to their reputation
