We have not been to Howie's in a few years. We were happy to find out beers are 2$ on Tuesday. A pretty cool laid back atmosphere too. I made a trip to the restroom and it smelled like an old dirty mop. Then the pizza came and the bottom was black! It was burnt. Sausage was cheap too. Also, I was bothered by their front door slamming everytime a customer came in or out. I had high hopes Howie's but was sadly disappointed.
The pizza was really good. But what really stands out was the Great customer service. There was a mistake on our order and the Manager made it right!!! Definitely coming again. "U GUYS ROCK"
Cool little place to go and visit and eat. The beer selection is amazing and the pizza is great. The prices are crazy good.... Next time I will destory that Buffet!

I love the food. But when a place advertises that they close at 930pm I expect to eat my pizza in dining and not have to take it home. It was 855 when I got here and they told me that its only to go. On top of that, the guy was rude about it.
Best pizza and best beer selection in Visalia. True story. Go!
Hands down best pizza I've had, great taste, and great portions for the price.
