Unfortunately the Management Service here is terrible. I pay my dues on time so I'm not sure what the problem is. I sent several emails that are never acknowledged. There is dog feces all over the area which is never addressed. Our money is spent on Landscaping that was never done correctly. Are carpet is stained and ripped it since 2006. When you go through financial difficulties they go straight to an attorney and file a judgement to evict terrible people very heartless. Merry christmas and happy new year!
I own a property in Nantucket Village, however these mobsters act as if they are the actual owners. I fell behind my HOA fees for 15 days and I received a threatening letter that they will take me to court if I did not pay immediately. The Representative of HPM goes to the HOA meetings and directs them, as well as she suggests "improvements" that of course, benefits her company.
