Old And Dirty! Wow. I had one eye repaired here. The customer service here was terrible. They billed me out of network and so I had a huge out of pocket cost. And it turns out the equipment was so old I felt like I was in Mexico. I didn't realize there was better newer stuff available until I had my other eye repaired at the Premeir center and my out of pocket costs were lower, my vision is better, and the whole experience was more professional and clean.

Terrible Experience – I had lazik surgery at this center. I had trouble with one eye and had to have it redone. When I went back for a follow-up checkup, my doctor had quit and new Dr.had taken over. He charged me a new patient fee, charged for treating my eye that should have been included in the original service. When I asked the office manager about my bill, she immediatly started screaming at me and wouldn't listen to me at all. Vision Exam Hadn't had a vision exam in a long time. I had a lot of questions. The Dr. was really great in taking the time to answer everything I asked. I felt the exam was very thorough and they didn't seem rushed to get me out and rush me thru my exam. It was pleasant and everyone seemed equally interested in my concerns.
