While their work is sound and I have never had any problems after. They do not know how to communicate with customers. I took my vehicle to them for a check engine light diagnostic. I already had a code, to give them a starting place. Without consulting with me, they decided to replace the part. A $75 diagnostic fee jumped to a $230.00 bill I did not ask for. They are so slow on getting your car back to you...they take forever just to fix it and always saying they are waiting on a part to come in when it doesn't take that long for a part to get to a car shop..Will never take my vehicle there
I said I had never been here, not knowing it was NAPA!!!! Yes I’ve been here and it’s a decent store.(google had sent me to Napa store🥴)
This place in Martin is the worst place possible they money gouge people that don't know cars. It cost me two almost $3,000 to get my freaking car fixed and still didn't fix the problem and now I'm having more problems
