Came out and looked at my fridge. Didn’t have tools to diagnose and had to get back to me as to a repair plan. Took my money for service fee then zero follow up and no returned calls. Basically a scam who stole my money. Highly disappointed.

Stan is very knowledgeable. Give him the make, model, and describe the problem and he can generally tell you what the problem is. Very honest, reliable, and reasonable.
I had a wonderful experience with Garret and Robin of Howell Appliance. They were knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly. I bought a washer from them and they delivered on time and installed it right away. I’ve never been more happy to do my laundry! I definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for washers and dryers or service on them.
I have have nothing but good experiences with these guys:) Not only do they provide kind, prompt service but they also stand by their work. I've had them out for service repair and have also bought appliances from them and have had nothing but the best service possible. I would recommend them to anyone I know.
