Pam was very helpful, and courteous.
Pam and binx are very nice, but difficult to get into your unit. Had to find a large enough storage unit very last minute in February in the snow. There is very little room to drive between the units to begin with, and there is what looked like a cement median down the center between the units like a divider. I asked Pam if it was, and she told me no, the owner requests the lot to be plowed like this on purpose so people don’t back into their units . Howell Storage is close to my residence, units are clean, and the whole site is very secure. Pam is extremely friendly and helpful; and yes, Binx the guard cat is there to help the time pass during the paperwork .. and loves to be petted.
I have 2 units here and they by far are the best storage unit experiences I have ever had! Pam and Binks the cat are the absolute best! Round 2 moved again so I had to rent another 20 by 10 storage unit by far the best cleanest and easiest to access Pam is the best and works with you to get everything done in a timely fashion and binks the cat is absolutely awesome!
