The owner and his son arrived and completed routine maintenance on our older unit recently. We weren't having any issues other than all of these 100 temp days we've been having. Not a full 2 days after their services, our unit stopped working properly. Called these guys back out and they assisted us, on a Sunday, with a temporary fix.
