For the 2nd time in a few years Ben came through when we had a problem! He squeezed us into his busy schedule, called to give us notice & arrived right on time. Before he arrived he asked for all of the details and pictures of the potential problem. He came prepared and with a good idea of how to troubleshoot & resolve the issue.
