Went to his office today, there was a notice on the door dated 7/9/25 from a delivery service saying they tried to deliver. Today is the 22nd. Haven't been able to get a hold of him since before last week. Anyone know if he shut down or died or something?

If I could give this office a 1 star review I would. The Dr himself is rude and disgusting. The office is nasty. I called this office this morning and just asked a simple question stating “ Can I have your fax number” and he started screaming over the phone talking about “ don’t fax me anymore”. HELLOOOO YOU HAVE PATIENTS THAT COME TO MY OFFICE AND NEED AN AUTHORIZATION TO BE SEEN. Personally working at a doctor’s office myself, this is unacceptable behavior. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Stay clear of this Dr. He is rude and avoids communication. He is not professional or care about his patients. He ignored requests from the pharmacy to fill a prescription. Can’t trust him with your health if your life depends on it.
Not a very proffesional. Dr Front ofice and exam rooms are terrible.need a good cleaning.
