Came home from work on a Friday to no heat in the house. 26 minutes before close I called, Zack answered and said he’d be right over to take a look. The 25 year old furnace was on its last leg and Zack gave me the choice to fix it or offered to install a new one right then. I care for my elderly mom and didn’t want to take the chance, so I opted for a new furnace. Less than 3 hours later we were nice and toasty. Service was above and beyond- especially after hours. Highly recommend.
RecommendedI called Howell Heating with an urgent AC issue. Our house had been hit by a storm on a very hot July day. I reached Zack and he was able to rearrange his schedule and was out at our house 2 hours later. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to get our AC up and running with a temporary fix. If you ever need assistance with your home heating or air conditioning systems I highly recommend Zack from Howell Heating. I left a message late Christmas night asking him not to call me back that night. He called me back first thing in the morning, was on time for the appointment, and had it fixed very quickly. He also explained everything on how the boiler system works and some of the things to do to avoid issues in the future. All done at a very fair price.
My furnace was not working. I called expecting to have to wait a week or so, but they came same day. Fixed the issue and very reasonable. Will definitely use them again!
Called on the coldest day in many years with a furnace that was junk. Zack was at my house within hours. Installed a new Lennox at 7am the next day. Excellent service, very careful with my home. Zack even mailed in my rebate for me...What a great guy!! I will never call anyone else for heating or ac. I am very impressed with my Lennox, installation etc.
